He holds a bachelor’s in economics(Hons) from the Yangon University of Economics, Myanmar, and a Master of Economics from Chiang Mai University, Thailand. Now, he is working as a teacher at the Yangon University of Economics, doing research on the Myanmar economy, and a founding member of Inya Economics. He is attending a Master in Finance at Central University of Finance and Economics in Beijing, P.R.China, working as a Director at Inya Economics, and Managing Editor at IEJ.
